Aqara Motion Sensor P1 — Smarter Motion Detection, Longer Battery Life
The Motion Sensor P1 detects movement and ambient light changes, then sends instant alerts to the Aqara Home app or triggers automations. What makes it stand out: a 5-year battery life, a 170° extra-wide field of view, and fully configurable detection timeout — all adjusted from the app, no tools required.
The built-in light sensor adds a layer of intelligence: automations can be set to only trigger lights when motion is detected AND it's dark, saving energy and reducing unnecessary switching.
